Comprehensive management of accounting, treasury, and collections At Eutktoid, we are seeking an Administrative Manager to ensure the comprehensive operation of the administrative area by executing and controlling accounting and finance, treasury, collections, payroll, and human resources processes, guaranteeing reliable information, effective internal controls, and timely compliance. Responsibilities * Lead the collections process for overdue customers. * Maintain portfolio control: status, aging, agreements, evidence. * Ensure payment traceability: request, authorization, verification, filing, and reconciliation. * Responsible for the organization’s Human Resources tasks. * Manage bank accounts for tax payments and domestic purchases. * Administer daily banking operations: scheduling, execution, and payment control. * Handle administrative onboarding processes with customers. * Review and finalize accounting reports. * Payroll processing * Manage hiring processes, from job posting on websites to hiring and integration into the organization. * Manage the savings fund. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field; or a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in equivalent roles. * Solid knowledge of accounting and finance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/spreadsheets (intermediate/advanced). * Experience with billing systems. * Competencies: organization, objective-based work, effective communication, focus on control and follow-up, teamwork. * Essential attitudes: discretion, honesty, responsibility, initiative, and professionalism.
