Seeking talent to join our successful team as a **Unit Price Analyst.** The Unit Price Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and validating unit prices, budgets, and item catalogs for construction and civil works projects, ensuring competitive, technically sound, and market-aligned costs. This role directly impacts project profitability and viability. **What will you do in this role?** * Prepare detailed unit prices in Neodata, incorporating productivity rates, inputs, and updated market references. * Develop technical and economic budgets, breaking down direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracting). * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work to determine actual quantities and consumption. * Maintain and update the cost, productivity, and pricing database, ensuring current and reliable information. * Collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement, and operations departments to validate assumptions and optimize cost structures. * Prepare technical and economic reports for management decision-making. * Conduct comparative analyses and propose price adjustments based on market conditions and competitiveness. * Participate in tender processes, cost evaluations, and project feasibility analyses. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a Unit Price Analyst in construction or infrastructure projects. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in Neodata (unit prices and catalogs). * Preparation of technical and economic construction budgets. * Interpretation of drawings and technical documents. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation. * Knowledge of tendering and cost evaluation processes (public and/or private sector). **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and high attention to detail. * Organization and ability to manage large volumes of information. * Effective communication with technical and administrative teams. * Proactivity and focus on continuous process improvement. * Ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines. **Benefits:** · Statutory benefits · Professional development plan. · Career path plan. · Teamwork environment. · Short-term development opportunities. · Salary increases.
