This position requires a profile strongly oriented toward results, with expertise in indicator management, leadership of large teams, and the ability to operate under highly disciplined commercial and financial frameworks. It combines strategic vision with hands-on involvement in daily operations, ensuring order, control, and sustainable growth. ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **Commercial and Profitability Management** * Design and execute commercial strategies aimed at increasing revenue, occupancy, and business unit profitability. * Ensure proper implementation of commercial campaigns, incentives, and pricing policies. * Monitor sales results, margins, and achievement of commercial objectives. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and present executive reports to support decision-making. #### **Collections and Delinquent Portfolio Management (Critical KPI)** * Supervise and closely track the **delinquent portfolio**, ensuring its recovery within established parameters. * Implement **preventive and corrective collection strategies** to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow. * Coordinate actions with operational and administrative teams to ensure payment compliance. * Monitor collection indicators, days sales outstanding (DSO), and recovery rates, proposing corrective actions when necessary. #### **Team Leadership and Development** * Lead, motivate, and develop commercial and operational teams under their responsibility. * Foster a culture of commercial discipline, results orientation, and customer focus. * Evaluate performance, set clear goals, and ensure achievement of individual and team objectives. #### **Operational Management** * Ensure proper execution of the unit’s operational and administrative processes. * Implement controls to guarantee efficiency, order, policy compliance, and loss reduction. * Supervise daily operations, customer service, revenue control, and proper cash flow administration. * Coordinate with support areas (Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations) to ensure integrated operations. #### **Planning and Analysis** * Develop and monitor the operational and commercial budget. * Analyze unit-level performance, turnover, customer flow, and key financial indicators. * Propose continuous improvements to optimize commercial and operational processes. #### **Commercial Relationships and Service** * Maintain strong relationships with customers, users, and strategic partners. * Resolve critical situations or conflicts swiftly, firmly, and with a results-oriented approach. * Guarantee high service standards, order, and customer attention. ### **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Achievement of sales targets * Business unit profitability * **Delinquent portfolio level and collection recovery** * Cash flow * Budget compliance * Team performance and productivity * Customer satisfaction and retention ### **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years in managerial positions with **commercial and operational responsibilities**. * Experience leading high-volume teams and managing daily operations. * Solid experience in **performance indicator control, collections, portfolio management, and commercial discipline**. * Preferred experience in business models featuring a steady customer flow, recurring payments, and operational financial control. **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong, operationally engaged leadership * High results orientation and control focus * Analytical capability and financial acumen * Effective negotiation and communication * Organization, discipline, and execution * Conflict resolution and decision-making
