




Position Summary: An experienced cook is sought for food preparation, staff supervision, and inventory management, ensuring quality and order in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in the kitchen and staff training 2. Food quality and freshness management 3. Preparation of food according to standard recipes * Preparation of food according to standard recipes. * Demonstrate a sense of urgency regardless of customer volume, impacting service speed. * Supervise and train cooks. * Supervise the line assigned by the operations chef and ensure proper shift coverage. * Verify the good condition of food upon delivery by suppliers. * Carry out disinfection and proper arrangement of supplies. * Control supply inventory, tracking items used on their line, and correctly completing assigned brigade forms. * Ensure order and organization of refrigerators. * Responsible for arranging perishable foods according to FIFO (first in, first out), as well as labeling food with production date and expiration date. * Daily verification that food is stored in accordance with hygiene standards. * Prepare requisitions for supplies needed for production, subject to approval by the operations chef. * Complete forms for write-off of small equipment and utensils to report to the operations chef for approval and subsequent purchase. * Ensure orders and presentation of each dish are synchronized, served at the correct temperature and meeting the required quality per standard recipe specifications. * Responsible for general cleaning and disinfection of the kitchen. * Verify cook time sheets at opening and closing.
