An administrative consulting and management firm is recruiting talent on behalf of a major tire company specializing in high-quality automotive tires and lubricants, seeking a **Driver-Warehouse Clerk**. Requirements: * Junior high school diploma * 1–2 years of delivery experience and familiarity with local routes, plus customer service skills. * Class B driver’s license (preferred) * Basic knowledge of the state’s traffic regulations. * Operates Isuzu 600, Isuzu 300, and NP 300 vehicles * Basic mechanical knowledge * Conducts out-of-town routes Job Objective: * Ensure daily delivery of orders to company customers according to the route previously defined by the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Manager, strictly adhering to the terms stipulated in the invoice or delivery order. Responsibilities: * Perform deliveries based on the route established by the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Manager, prioritizing high-volume customers first, followed by those requiring shorter distances per trip. * During customer deliveries, verify that orders are complete and collect the corresponding delivery acknowledgment signed by the customer confirming correct receipt of goods. * With authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Management, collect tires from customers for inspection and potential replacement, as applicable. * Under exceptional circumstances and with authorization from the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Management, collect cash, checks, or documents from customers on behalf of the company. * At the end of each route, submit all customer-signed delivery acknowledgments to the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Management as proof of complete order deliveries; likewise, immediately hand over any collected cash, checks, or documents from customers. * Record all delivery details in the logbook, including delivery date and time, person receiving the order, and any useful observations for future reference. * Keep the assigned vehicle clean and up-to-date with scheduled maintenance services, promptly notifying the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Manager when maintenance, repairs, or spare parts purchases are required. * Inspect the assigned van or vehicle for proper operation and report any defects or incidents incurred during route execution to the Warehouse Manager. * Relay customer needs, complaints, or suggestions—including requests for additional merchandise, account statements, complaints, suggestions, etc.—to the Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing Manager.
