Position: Restaurant Warehouse Clerk (Mitemaki) Location: Mexico City (Polanco / Bosques de las Lomas) Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Reports to: Audit Department Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Clerk to manage inventory of supplies, beverages, and provisions across our units. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost control, ensuring products meet Mitemaki’s freshness and quality standards, preventing waste, and guaranteeing timely supply to kitchen and bar areas. Main Responsibilities Merchandise Receiving: Verify that orders arrive in correct quantity, quality, and temperature as specified on invoices and purchase orders. Inventory Control: Conduct daily counts of critical supplies and perform weekly/monthly general inventory audits. FIFO System: Ensure product rotation (First-In, First-Out) to minimize losses. Warehouse Management: Maintain order and cleanliness in refrigerated, frozen, and dry storage areas in compliance with NOM-251 (Distintivo H). Internal Supply: Fulfill requisitions from kitchen and bar areas in an organized manner. Data Entry: Record incoming and outgoing items in the administrative system. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in food and beverage warehouse operations (mandatory). Knowledge: Familiarity with Distintivo H, loss control, and portioning standards. Skills: Basic Excel proficiency, absolute integrity, strong organizational ability, and attention to detail. Education: Completed high school diploma.
