Minimum 4 years’ prior experience in Human Resources, with strong knowledge and skills in: efficient, timely processes focused on human capital quality. **Responsibilities:** Prepare personnel files for new hires. Manage hiring processes. Support ensuring job descriptions are organized and up to date. Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier communications. Support and monitor internal and external HR audits. Application of the Federal Labor Law Handle and support labor termination procedures.
