




At Pin It Media, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator who meets the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable departments, preferably in media agencies, advertising or creative environments. * Proficiency in ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, CONTPAQi, NetSuite). * Solid knowledge of Mexican tax regulations (CFDI, withholdings, etc.). * Intermediate\-Advanced Excel **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage the end\-to\-end accounts payable process: invoice receipt, validation, recording, and payment scheduling. * Verify that invoices comply with established tax and contractual requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, clarifications, or payment issues. * Monitor weekly and monthly payment flows, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Prepare periodic financial reports on the status of accounts payable. * Maintain up\-to\-date supplier database and payment terms. * Collaborate with Procurement and Accounting departments for financial and budgetary closing. **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company * Monthly net salary of 16,000\.00 * Monthly food vouchers worth 1,000\.00 * Workplace: Lomas de Chapultepec * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Full\-time Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On\-site employment
