We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual with solid analytical and communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Professional Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. (Mandatory) Up-to-date knowledge of tax, accounting, and labor laws. Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi, COI, SAE). (Mandatory) Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of electronic banking and referenced payments. High level of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Processing IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, inquiries). Preparing weekly and biweekly payroll and pre-payroll. Managing databases. Operating banking platforms. Performing planning tasks (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable). SAT Portal (retrieving and issuing invoices). Processing company invoices and receipts, supplier payments, and customer payments. Maintaining financial records of income and expenses. Monitoring company budgets. Preparing financial statements and payment reconciliations. Providing service to customers visiting the finance department. Reviewing purchase orders, credit notes, and invoices prior to payment to ensure proper authorizations are in place.
