




A Mexican company specializing in residential vertical construction is looking for a talented individual like you as: **JUNIOR RECRUITER** **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection. * **1 to 2 years** of experience in operational recruitment. * Direct experience in **construction sites / construction / fieldwork**. * Basic knowledge of IMSS processes. * Experience managing high staff turnover. **Job Objective** Support the recruitment and selection of operational personnel for construction projects, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies according to project requirements and company policies. **ACTIVITIES** * Recruitment of operational staff (masons, assistants, ironworkers, carpenters, welders, etc.). * Posting of job vacancies. * Hiring processes. * Initial interviews conducted on-site or at recruitment locations. * Compilation of employee files. * Validation of documentation. * Coordination of IMSS registrations. * Tracking of hires and terminations. * Support in attendance control and payroll lists. * Constant communication with site managers and supervisors. We offer: * Monthly salary of $12,000, tax-free. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.
