We are looking for a **Technical Lighting Producer** with experience in installing and supervising lighting systems for audiovisual productions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating technical lighting on filming sets, studios, and special productions. **Responsibilities** * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of production equipment. * Design and operation of lighting setups for audiovisual production. * Technical supervision during recordings and editing. * Coordination with production, direction, and technical crew. * Ensuring proper use and safety of lighting equipment. * Diagnosing and resolving technical failures. * Supporting the technical planning of new sets or productions. **Requirements** * Proven experience in lighting for audiovisual production. * Knowledge of installing rail systems, rigging, and ceiling mounts. * Proficiency with professional lighting equipment (LEDs, Fresnels, softboxes, etc.). * Basic knowledge of electricity and safety standards. * Flexible availability according to production schedules. **Desirable** * Prior experience as a technical producer or gaffer. * Familiarity with video, streaming, or digital content sets. * Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunities for growth within production projects. * Dynamic and creative work environment. * Involvement in professional productions.
