We are looking for a **REAL ESTATE MARKETING COORDINATOR** for a growing real estate company in Mérida, Yucatán. **Responsibilities:** * Design, execute, and optimize the company's marketing plan and that of each involved development, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. * Coordinate efficient multichannel campaigns focused on generating qualified leads. * Assign tasks and goals to the graphic design and community management teams. * Supervise and approve visual and textual content prior to publication (quality filters). * Operate CRM platforms (such as ActiveCampaign and HubSpot) for managing automated campaigns and sales follow-up. * Write advertising copy for promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, billboards, among others. * Apply knowledge of formats and finishes for printed material production. * Design and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns. * Creatively lead and supervise the design team’s work, ensuring visual quality, brand consistency, and communication effectiveness. * Establish relationships and negotiate with suppliers of printed materials, audiovisual production, and other marketing-related services. * Organize and supervise promotional events such as Open Houses, project handovers, and commercial activations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing and +1 year in leadership roles. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (certified degree). * Results-oriented with interest in earning commissions. * Stylish vision of branding, with expertise in graphic design and community management. * Valid driver's license. * Own vehicle. * Skills: Creativity, Leadership, Proactivity, Organization, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Resilience. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Office Suite (Excel),,: * Experience using automation tools: HubSpot, ManyChat, WhatsApp Business, AI tools, etc. **What we offer:** * Monthly base salary of $18,000 net, paid biweekly. * Commissions for leads converted into closed sales. * Statutory benefits according to Mexican Labor Law (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, IMSS). * Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including 2 hours for meals (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM). * Professional growth opportunities – career development plan. * Digital tools to facilitate your work.
