A major company is seeking a FIXER/PRODUCER: \* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field. \* Courses/workshops in: \* Audiovisual production management \* Art direction / basic set design \* Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar, even abbreviated versions) Important: Practical field experience and problem-solving ability matter more than academic credentials. \* 3–5 years of audiovisual production experience (advertising agency, production house, media organizations, freelance). \* Experience in: \* Location scouting (negotiation and permits). \* Staff and extra coordination during shoots. \* Project budget management (basic numerical control). \* Full logistics: transportation, catering, setup/teardown. \* Aesthetic supervision (props, art, staging support). Key competencies (hard & soft skills) \* Problem solving → ability to improvise solutions on set. \* Operational leadership → leading staff without constant supervision. \* Negotiation → with vendors, locations, and collaborators. \* Applied creativity → contributing viable ideas, not merely operational ones. \* Aesthetic vision → eye for props, set construction, and support to the DOP. \* Effective communication → with directors, staff, clients, and guests. \* Proactive, autonomous, solves problems without waiting for instructions. \* Structured, yet capable of improvisation. \* Good interpersonal skills with diverse people: technicians, guests, clients. \* Enjoys both logistical and creative aspects (not just one or the other). \* Education: Communication / Audiovisual / Film + practical workshops. \* Mindset: “I make everything happen” (full ownership of the production).
