Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual Production, or related field. Experience scouting and contacting talent for castings. Conducting actor auditions. Preparing production cost estimates. Directing the production team, lighting setup, and shot schematics. Talent/actor direction. Ability to adapt to diverse project types. Managing multiple recording and post-production projects simultaneously. Collaborating with producers on project filming and proposing new ideas. Audiovisual production (from planning through final delivery). Social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Script review, filming planning, location coordination, actor scheduling, and post-production programming. Proficiency in Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or similar software.
