Field project experience and awareness-raising campaigns At Mejora tu Playa A.C., an organization focused on beach conservation and environmental education, we are looking for a professional in content creation and social media management to help strengthen our digital presence and communicate the impact of our actions. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, create, and publish social media content (video, photography, and design) * Document field activities, such as cleanup brigades and environmental events * Develop creative proposals for digital campaigns * Manage and monitor community interaction on social media platforms * Analyze content performance and propose improvements **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Audiovisual Production, or related fields * Maximum age of 35 years * Demonstrable experience managing social media (portfolio or success cases required) * Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, among others) * Creativity, organization, and results-oriented mindset * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in teams * Willingness to travel * Interest in environmental and social issues **We Offer:** * Integration into an organization with environmental and social impact * Opportunity for professional development * Field project experience and awareness-raising campaigns * A dynamic work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,582\.47 \- $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
