We are looking for an Audiovisual Content Specialist with excellent copywriting skills and knowledge of organic SEO. Job Description: A comprehensive, end-to-end audiovisual production role, requiring a profile capable of leading the creative process—from idea conception through on-set technical execution—including camera direction, lighting, and content recording. The goal is to generate high-quality material for digital platforms (reels and vertical videos), as well as institutional pieces, maintaining a consistent communication flow aligned with brand objectives. Required Profile: * Solid experience: Minimum 2 years in audiovisual creation, direction, and production (portfolio mandatory). * Technical proficiency (Direction & Recording): Demonstrable experience operating professional equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting systems, and audio gear). Aesthetic judgment to configure sets and achieve high-impact visual results. * Scriptwriting: Develop script proposals, shot lists, and storyboards for all video ideas, ensuring the message is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand objectives prior to any recording. * Talent direction: Ability to direct and guide on-camera talent, ensuring natural and professional performance. * End-to-end production: Capability to execute the full workflow: idea, script, art direction, recording, editing, and post-production. * Digital content: Proficiency in vertical formats and current trends. • Technology: Advanced use of Artificial Intelligence tools for content optimization and creation. • Versatility: Experience across diverse conditions (events, activations, on-location shoots, and studio recordings). • Technical skills: Knowledge of live streaming tools and corporate video formats. • Attitude: Self-taught profile with initiative to propose creative formats and adaptability to various brands and campaigns. Main Responsibilities: * Direct and record the company’s audiovisual content, ensuring technical quality (framing, lighting, audio). * Propose and execute dynamic, creative formats adapted to social media trends. * Manage the recording set and direct on-camera talent/staff. * Administer and maintain the company’s audiovisual technical equipment. * Produce both agile-format pieces (reels/shorts) and long-format pieces (institutional videos, testimonials, specials).
