This role involves high\-level decision\-making, performance optimization, cross\-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in quality, efficiency, and cost\-effectiveness. The Senior Manager is a key contributor to business planning and operational excellence. **What you'll do** * Lead the end\-to\-end production operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals. * Oversee the execution of production plans, maintaining strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. * Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies. * Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. * Act as a strategic partner across departments including Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align production goals with business needs. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead data\-driven decisions to optimize throughput, yield, and labor efficiency. * Ensure proactive equipment and facility maintenance strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize asset performance. * Mentor and develop production leadership teams, fostering a high\-performance culture and talent succession pipeline. * Lead capacity planning and scalability strategies to support business growth, new product introductions, and market demand. * Manage operational risk, implement contingency plans, and ensure business continuity within the production area. * Promote and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Environmental, Health, and Safety standards (EHS), and ISO compliance. **Who you are** * Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
