Development within the Salesforce ecosystem We are looking for a Junior Project Manager focused on Salesforce projects to support planning, coordination, and tracking of implementations on the Salesforce platform. This position targets professionals at an early stage of their career development, with interest in growing within technology project management and the Salesforce ecosystem. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are executed correctly according to defined scope, timelines, and quality standards. **Responsibilities** Support planning and tracking of Salesforce projects. Track project schedules, activities, and deliverables. Coordinate progress meetings, working sessions, and client meetings. Document requirements, agreements, meeting minutes, and project status. Monitor risks, dependencies, and potential deviations from the plan. Support scope, change, and priority management. Track tasks assigned to technical and functional teams. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and project closure processes. Maintain up-to-date project information in project management tools. **Requirements** Entry-level experience or hands-on knowledge of technology project management. General understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others). Ability to organize tasks, track progress, and meet committed deadlines. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and technical profiles. Focus on organization, documentation, and activity control. Desirable Prior experience participating in Salesforce projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or waterfall. Experience using project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana, ClickUp, etc.). Basic certifications or courses in project management or Salesforce. Interest in advancing toward roles such as Salesforce Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
