Summary: The Event Coordinator, Americas will lead, manage, and execute all regional events, ensuring consistent branding, operational readiness, and alignment with marketing strategy through hands-on, logistics-driven efforts. Highlights: 1. Lead and manage all Americas events, including trade shows and customer events. 2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing. 3. Execute tasks using Monday.com and maintain dashboards for performance tracking. The Event Coordinator, Americas will lead, manage, and execute all events across the Americas region for AMMEGA, including trade shows, customer events, distributor events, internal events, and industry conferences. This role ensures consistent event execution, branding excellence, operational readiness, and alignment with the broader Americas Marketing strategy. Operating as part of the Marketing Americas organization, the Event Coordinator collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality, brand‑consistent events that support visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement objectives. This position is hands‑on, logistics‑driven, and deadline‑intense, requiring exceptional project management, cross‑functional communication, and vendor coordination. Your responsibilities will include: 1\. Event Planning \& Strategy Execution * Lead and manage all Americas events (U.S., Canada, LATAM, Brazil), including trade shows, expos, seminars, open houses, customer visits, and distributor events. * Own the annual Americas Events Calendar in alignment with Sales \& Marketing leadership. * Partner with Sales and Product teams to define event objectives, target audience, messaging, and success KPIs. * Ensure event plans follow AMMEGA brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and business objectives. 2\. Event Logistics \& On Site Coordination (when needed) * Manage end to end logistics including booth design, layout, graphics, literature, samples, and demos. * Coordinate registration, shipping, staff assignments, and event day operations. * Serve as the point of contact on site, ensuring smooth and professional event execution. * Prepare pre\-event run of show documents and post event close out reports. 3\. Marketing Materials \& Collateral Readiness * Work with the Marketing Operations \& Enablement teams to ensure all event materials (banners, brochures, videos, presentations, samples, giveaways) are updated, branded, and ready. * Manage the localization of materials for the region. * Ensure SharePoint libraries remain accurate with the latest event materials. 4\. Vendor \& Partner Coordination * Manage relationships with event organizers, exhibit houses, printers, logistics providers, and creative vendors. * Request quotes, review proofs, track invoices, and ensure brand compliant deliverables. * Track shipments, booth returns, and inventory of event assets. 5\. Systems, Budget \& Reporting * Execute tasks and workflows using Monday.com, following established SLAs and compliance rules. * Track event budgets, monitor spend, and support Finance with reconciliations. * Maintain dashboards and reporting around show performance, leads, KPIs, and cost analysis. * Partner with CRM stakeholders to ensure proper lead capture and follow up workflows. 6\. Cross Functional Collaboration * Align event plans with Sales Managers across the Americas region. * Collaborate with Product Management for demo planning and technical materials. * Communicate proactively with internal teams on timelines, expectations, and event readiness. * Support internal events (kickoffs, trainings, meetings) when required. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience coordinating events in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments. * Strong experience managing logistics, vendors, and event calendars. * Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (depending on placement) \+ English proficiency required. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Monday.com, and basic CRM workflows. * Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines. * Comfortable with fast paced environments and occasional regional travel.
