Comprehensive management of predictive and preventive maintenance programs **Summary** The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing all plant maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of manufacturing operations. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with automotive industry standards. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: \- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and facilities. \- Ensure high equipment availability and reliability to support production targets and customer requirements. \- Lead and develop the maintenance team, including technicians, supervisors, and external contractors. \- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost\-control initiatives. \- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety departments. \- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO standards, OSHA). \- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). \- Oversee corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and major equipment repairs. \- Support capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning activities in coordination with Engineering and Projects teams. \- Analyze maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, OEE) and implement action plans for improvement. **Education / Qualifications** Required Qualifications: \- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum of 7–10 years of maintenance experience in an automotive or high\-volume manufacturing environment. \- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams. \- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and manufacturing processes. **What We Offer** In addition to future prospects within our growing global family-owned company, Mubea offers opportunities for continuous development, actively supporting your ideas and goals.
