Their duties include creating reports based on their findings and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine the success of business. The candidate will work mainly in the service department and will have interaction with the service leaders in daily basis and provide service insights as "utilization % of workforce" and "time to close an SR". **Job requirements:** * Data Analysis and Visualization * Strong Communication Skills * Proficient in Advanced Excel * Skilled in Problem\-Solving and Process Optimization * Proven Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines * Exceptional Attention to Detail * Fluent in English (Advanced Level) * Educational Background in IT, Systems Engineering, or Related Fields **Main activities:** Support Reporting Analyst to create, develop, and maintain reports, datasets, ad hoc requests and dashboards for the service managers and service leadership using system tools and databases. Leverage and review data and information to monitor reporting performance against agreed service industry metrics. Support on Creation of new tableau dashboards, complex data projects, automatization of current reports and identifying future reporting related to the service business.
