




**SECTION I:** GENERAL SUMMARY As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner Manager supports the alignment of business objectives with his team. It serves as a consultant to management to Human Resources related strategies, plans and respective HR issues and will act as champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates HR\-related needs proactively with our HR department and business management and seeks to develop integrated solutions. HRBP Manager formulates partnership across the HR function to deliver value added service and maintains an effective level of understanding of HR strategies, plans and actions, business literacy about the unit’s operational and financial position, its mid\- and long\-term plans, its culture, and its competitors. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION * Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum of 5 years or more of experience managing employee relations and main HR functions (as example, compensation, payroll, learning, development). * Experience managing people. **SECTION III:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS * Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and/or union relations, performance management and employment laws. * Knowledge in Organizational Development and Training. * Verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish * Consulting skills * Client management and business literacy skills * Interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills * Develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results. * Envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues. * Presentation skills * Manage multiple Business Partners and multiple conflicting priorities. * Work in environment with regional and global objectives. * Understand issues and communicate effectively with clients. * Lead a team and support their development path. * Flexible and available to interact with people at all levels. * Self\-directed and motivated. * Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation. **SECTION IV:** MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish and maintain effective governance with respective Business Partners to assure alignment of initiatives and projects. * Serve as Consultant for JZ campus management providing HR guidance. * Support the creation of key metrics for the JZ campus in partnership with HR groups to develop solutions, programs, and policies. * Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues conducting through objective investigations when needed to provide long term solutions. * Maintain in\-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day\-to\-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance * Provides day to day performance management guidance to leaders (coaching, counseling, career development) * Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention using as reference our current people kpi’s (office vibe, happiness index, etc) * Provide guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning. * Lead the campus efforts for succession planning, establish the right metrics and plan the discussions to review updated. * Partner with Talent Development organization to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. * Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs and follow\-up to ensure training objectives are met. * Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in **relation to the standard ISO9001:** 2015\. * Comply with safety rules according to the function. * Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training. * Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
