We are looking for a **Consulting Services Consultant** to join our team and lead projects autonomously, delivering high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in consulting projects, performing implementations and delivering high-quality outputs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the Project Manager in planning and task control. * Work independently on short-term projects with minimal supervision. * Identify risks, anticipate issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on time and on track. * Meet utilization and deliverable targets, demonstrating broad functional knowledge in your certification area. **What We Expect From You:** * Customer orientation, results-driven mindset, and ability to work autonomously. * Verbal, written, and virtual presentation communication skills. * Organization, project management, and efficient time management. * Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing accounting. * Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor. * High availability for travel (valid visa and passport). * Advanced conversational English. **What Will Make You Stand Out:** * More than 5 years of relevant consulting experience. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Finance or Operations). * University degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
