Interpretation of sketches and preparation of construction takeoffs 3. 100% on-site position in CDMX A construction-sector company is looking for a **Senior CAD Architect with a 100% productive profile**, specialized in **outsourced working drawings and construction takeoffs**. **This is NOT an architectural design position.** It is a technical production role emphasizing **speed and precision in AutoCAD 2D**. **Position Objective** To produce working drawings and their **construction takeoffs (takeoff numbers)** from sketches, meeting **technical standards and weekly production targets**. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpretation of sketches (freehand) and drafting into **AutoCAD 2D** * Preparation of **construction takeoffs** (closed polylines, quantification) * Drawing revisions based on **redlines and weekly reviews** * Delivery of construction-ready drawings within defined deadlines **Requirements (MANDATORY)** * Architecture or Civil Engineering degree (current student or graduate) * **Proven experience in construction takeoffs / quantification** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** with **high drafting speed** * Ability to work goal-oriented and under time pressure * Discipline, organization, and results focus University of origin is not a selection criterion.
