1. Responsible for the operation of equipment in the butter area 2. Responsible for ensuring the production process for butter manufacturing 2. Responsible for product manufacturing, complying with established quality parameters. 3. Comply with and enforce BPM, OSH, and food safety standards within the area. 4. Support the execution of basic maintenance to maintain equipment service life and process efficiency. 5. Responsible for product care from processing through packaging. 6. Efficient use of equipment and materials. 7. Report and provide feedback to the Packaging Coordinator and Maintenance Department regarding the performance of operated equipment. 8. Compliance with production schedules. 9. Responsible for equipment cleaning and disinfection. 10. Responsible for document control.
