Position Required: ***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR*** Responsibilities: * Daily reporting for each process. * Control and direction of production processes. * Reporting of results and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Planning of processes and work plans. * Personnel and team management. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * Industrial engineering, bachelor's degree in administration, or TSU (Technical Superior University). * Minimum one year of experience in the position. * Willingness to learn. * Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and dynamic. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer equipment. * Effective and assertive communication skills. * Personnel management experience.
