Position Required: ***PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR*** Responsibilities: * Daily reporting for each process. * Control and supervision of production processes. * Reporting of results and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Planning of processes and work schedules. * Personnel and team management. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * Industrial engineering degree, bachelor's degree in administration, or TSU (Technical Superior University) qualification. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the position. * Eagerness to learn. * Proactive, responsible, initiative-driven, and dynamic. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer equipment. * Effective and assertive communication skills. * Personnel management experience.
