Collaborate with partners and support operational processes We are looking for a Junior Yield Manager to join our team in Cancún. In this role, you will help optimize the performance of our hotel portfolio through competitive analysis, strategic pricing, and close collaboration with our partners. You will support key operational processes, monitor distribution channels, and contribute to actions that enhance sales and market positioning. **Responsibilities:** * Competitiveness analysis of each property. * Client distribution management. * Negotiating new strategies for rates or promotions. * Campaign creation. * Constant communication with the Sales department. * Requesting promotion uploads from Supplier Integrations and Product Build. * Follow\-up with hotels on specific requirements (payments, commercial matters, client mappings, etc.). * Support for the different operational areas within OTS. * Regular meetings and/r calls with hotels for ongoing follow\-up. **Education:** * Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, International Business, or related field (preferred). **Experience:** * Previous experience in contract loading, product build, inventory management, revenue optimization, or similar operational roles. * experience managing channel manager connections and hotel system integrations is highly valued. **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, analysis). * Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex pricing structures and contractual terms. **Soft Skills** * Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Clear communication with internal stakeholders. * Proactive problem‑solving mindset. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to balance operational precision with performance driven thinking.
