Responsible for designing and implementing communication and public relations policies and strategies, subject to approval by the Board of Directors, as well as managing, coordinating, and following up on working meetings with legislators, officials, organizations, institutions, etc., to promote and disseminate all activities and work carried out by Savings and Credit Cooperatives. Maintain and regularly update the Federation’s website and social media accounts. Develop and deliver courses, workshops, or presentations on topics including communication, financial education, and cooperatives.
