




Certified Public Accountant. Proven experience in payroll outsourcing. * Recording payroll incidents; processing weekly and biweekly payroll. * Issuing payroll receipts. * Calculating payroll, severance payments, settlements, and bonuses in accordance with current legal provisions and internal company policies. * Recording and updating all personnel-related transactions (hiring, salary adjustments, terminations, etc.) in all systems and/or databases. * Recording and tracking medical leave certificates issued by the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). * Calculating and tracking payroll-related incidents: absences, authorized leaves, vacations, vacation bonuses, tardiness, compensatory time, loans, etc. * Managing, executing, and monitoring compliance obligations related to IMSS, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, and payroll tax. * Calculating, reviewing, and analyzing contributions, loans, taxes, and payments due to IMSS, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, and payroll tax. * Performing and managing electronic payroll stamping (timbrado de nómina). * Preparing monthly payroll accumulation reports by company and cost center. * Preparing weekly payroll reports for accounting purposes, segmented by cost center and loan deductions. * Calculating special payroll disbursements (e.g., year-end bonus, performance bonuses, profit-sharing [PTU], etc.). * Preparing and delivering documentation upon termination of employment. * Advanced Excel (Mandatory).
