**Description** Design and implement resource mobilization strategies that contribute to the sustainability of Juventud, Luz y Esperanza, I.A.P. Plan, implement, and organize financial campaigns and fundraising events Responsible for raising donations from governments, corporations, nonprofit institutions, and altruistic individuals in Mexico and abroad. Develop “face-to-face” donor relationships Design and execute strategies and actions aimed at increasing the Institution’s revenue. Management, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of projects Organize, manage, coordinate, and supervise institutional events. Establish and strengthen relationships with second- and third-tier institutions and supervisory bodies such as CEMEFI, IAPA, JAP, and funding organizations. Coordinate and prepare the Annual Activity Report Prepare the Area’s Annual Operational Plan Monitor activities performed by staff under supervision. Periodically report area activities to the General Director. **Profile/Requirements** Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Social Responsibility, or related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising for Civil Associations (AC) or Nonprofit Organizations (I.A.P.)
