




Position: Institutional Event Coordinator At CANACINTRA Torreón, we are seeking an Event Coordinator to lead the planning, organization, and execution of our strategic events: congresses, trade fairs, business meetings, networking events, and protocol events. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong character, executive vision, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-level business and institutional environment. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, Tourism, Public Relations, or related field * Minimum 2 years’ experience organizing corporate or institutional events * Strong organizational, follow-up, and control skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Professional interaction with businesspeople, suppliers, and officials Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and execute business and institutional events * Develop programs, agendas, and schedules * Coordinate suppliers (venue, catering, audio, setup, etc.) * Quote, negotiate, and manage budgets * Supervise logistics before, during, and after each event * Attend to special guests, speakers, businesspeople, and authorities Profile we seek: An organized, proactive, solution-oriented, results-driven individual capable of managing high-impact events and representing CANACINTRA Torreón institutionally.
