What do we expect from you? * **Education:** Completed secondary education; valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type to be operated (copy required upon application). * **Experience:** Prior experience as a driver, delivery person, or operator in local operations is preferred—especially in material transport, retail, or logistics. * **Skills:** Responsibility, punctuality, strong communication, customer orientation, and ability to work collaboratively; willingness to perform moderate physical tasks related to loading and unloading. * **Knowledge:** Basic familiarity with local routes, safe cargo handling practices, use of mobile devices for delivery tracking, and basic administrative procedures; experience with dispatch management systems is a plus. * **Personal competencies:** Proactivity, stress management, careful driving, and commitment to safety and service standards. * **Availability:** Willingness to work local shifts, including early starts or rotating shifts; availability for short trips within the operational zone when required. What do we offer? * Employment contract compliant with current legislation. * Training in road safety and cargo handling, plus opportunities for career growth within the company’s logistics area. * A collaborative work environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.
