This position is available for both daytime and nighttime shifts. **Job Requirements** We are looking for individuals with: * Basic motorcycle mechanical knowledge. * Motorcycle and car driving experience in Mérida. * A passion for teamwork. * Ability to load and unload units. * Valid driver’s license. * Experience in roadside assistance or similar roles. **Job Responsibilities** The responsibilities for this position include: * Transporting, picking up, and/or delivering motorcycles. * Inspecting units upon pickup or delivery. * Providing general on-road support for units experiencing mechanical failure. * Recovering units. * Ensuring the safety and support of the motorcycle fleet. **Additional Benefits and Perks** We offer: * Competitive salary. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Opportunity for accelerated growth. * Training. * Vacation bonus (prima vacacional).
