




Position Summary: We are seeking an NOM-STPS (Mexican Official Standards) Trainer to deliver courses on occupational safety, health, and risk prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions. 2. Contribute to developing a safety culture in workplaces. 3. Stay updated on occupational safety regulations. We seek a **NOM-STPS Trainer** responsible for delivering training courses on occupational safety, health, and risk prevention, ensuring compliance with current regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. The person in this position must design and deliver theoretical and practical sessions, evaluate participants’ learning outcomes, and contribute to fostering a safety culture in workplaces. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Deliver courses related to NOM-STPS (occupational safety and hygiene). * Prepare instructional materials and training presentations. * Evaluate participants’ performance and learning outcomes. * Provide basic advisory support on regulatory compliance matters. * Prepare training reports and documentation. * Stay updated on occupational safety regulations and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Experience delivering occupational safety or NOM-STPS training. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. * Public speaking skills and ability to facilitate group sessions. * Certification as a trainer or DC-5 is desirable. * Availability to deliver in-person or virtual courses. **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Leadership and group facilitation * Organization and accountability * Focus on occupational risk prevention and safety Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $200.00 per hour Estimated Hours: 8–12 hours per week Work Location: On-site employment
