




A growing company is seeking a **Safety and Hygiene Manager**, with support to **Human Resources**, to ensure compliance with labor, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, as well as proper handling of **customer audits**, preferably **Walmart, C&A, and Disney**. The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance at the workplace and supporting basic recruitment and personnel management processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Review, update, and monitor applicable **Safety and Hygiene regulations** for the workplace. * Ensure compliance with **STPS regulations**. * Comply with **environmental regulations**. * Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Prepare, review, and follow up on **customer audits**. * Manage documentary evidence and action plans arising from audits. * Support **Human Resources** activities, primarily: * Recruitment and selection * Enforcement of internal regulations * Collaborate closely with operational and administrative departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in a related field (Safety and Hygiene, Environmental, Industrial, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar). * Minimum **1 to 3 years** of experience in Safety and Hygiene and regulatory compliance. * Knowledge of: * STPS regulations * Safety and Hygiene * Environment * Occupational hazards * Experience or knowledge of **customer audits**. **MANDATORY** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Prior experience supporting **Human Resources** is desirable. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical and organizational ability. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Human sensitivity and emotional intelligence. * Ability to identify needs and propose solutions. * Patience, frustration tolerance, and results orientation. * Responsible, organized, and autonomous individual. * Leadership and commitment to regulatory compliance. **We Offer** * Competitive salary of $13,000 to $16,000 MXN per month, commensurate with experience. * Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. * Statutory benefits * Opportunity to gain experience conducting high-level customer audits. * Immediate hiring ***START DATE: JANUARY 12, 2026*** **Apply through this channel or call 246 157 2397 with your updated CV.** Only candidates matching the profile will be contacted.
