The candidate must be an expert in blow-drying and styling to ensure every service concludes with a flawless, "photo-ready" result. Updated Responsibilities \*Blow-drying and Styling: Perform blow-dries using round brush techniques to achieve volume, movement, perfectly straight hair, or long-lasting waves. \*Hair: Avant-garde cuts for women, men, and children. \*Advanced Colorimetry: Balayage, baby lights, color corrections, and dye application. \*Barbering and Facial Services: Beard design with towel and straight-razor ritual; facial waxing and shaping. \*Makeup: Social, bridal, and editorial looks. Technical Requirements \*Blow Dryer Mastery: Expert handling of various brushes and heat tools without compromising hair health. \*Finishing Experience: Ability to execute a long-lasting style that enhances the cut or color performed. \*Manual Dexterity: Safe and precise use of free-hand razors for barbering and waxing. Desired Skills (Plus) \*Speed in blow-drying (time optimization). \*Knowledge of finishing products (sprays, oils, thermal protectors). \*Excellent ability to communicate at-home styling tips to clients.
