**SME Company** Seeking a **Production Manager** with an operational focus, floor leadership, and experience in comprehensive production processes. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Food, Logistics or related field). * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in a similar position within **SMEs**. * Experience in **production processes**: packaging, labeling, material handling and control. * Knowledge and application of **food safety and hygiene practices**. * Supervision of production operational staff. * Experience delivering to **retail chains** (Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, etc.). * Management of **KPIs** and operational performance indicators. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise **Production** departments. * Plan and execute the production schedule according to demand. * Supervise **packaging, labeling and material handling** processes. * Ensure compliance with **safety, quality and food safety** standards. * Manage resources, timelines and operational personnel. * Analyze performance indicators and prepare reports. * Propose and implement process improvements and **cost reduction** initiatives. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$30,000 to $35,000**. * **Grocery vouchers**. * Working hours from **Monday to Friday**. * Job stability in a growing company.
