Requirements: * Completed or incomplete high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience. * Inventory control skills. * Focus on meeting deadlines and productivity goals. Responsibilities: * Accurately prepare orders. * Pick and pack orders within specified timeframes. * Identify and organize existing inventory. * Follow shrinkage control procedures, identifying causes of losses. * Maintain accurate inventory records and detect discrepancies. * Continuously evaluate and improve loading and storage processes to enhance operational efficiency.
