Create innovative instructional materials and measure impact **Join our team as a Training Analyst!** We are looking for an analytical and creative professional to join our **Human Capital Management Department** in the city of **Oaxaca**. **Economic Proposal** * **Monthly salary:** $11,000\.00 to $12,500\.00 Gross. * **Location:** Corporate Office, Oaxaca. **Your Mission in this Role** Design, coordinate, and execute training activities aligned with organizational needs, ensuring regulatory compliance and staff competency development. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Business Management Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in training, organizational development, or talent development areas. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Instructional design and models such as ADDIE or SAM. * Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital tools (Canva, Genially, Teams, Zoom). * Knowledge of legal regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). **Key Responsibilities** * **Diagnosis:** Apply tools to identify training gaps impacting productivity. * **Execution:** Coordinate logistics, instructors, and materials for the Annual Training Plan. * **Content Development:** Create innovative instructional materials (manuals, videos, presentations). * **Evaluation:** Measure training impact using performance indicators and ROI. * **Compliance:** Manage legal documentation and current regulatory reporting. **Valued Competencies** * Effective communication and active listening. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Adaptability to change and innovation. **Important:** Experience in Instructional Design is a plus.
