




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional for pharmacies, responsible for the operation of equipment and systems, with a practical approach and direct customer service. Focus on operational continuity and rapid problem resolution We seek a responsible individual to provide operational technical support to pharmacies and company branches, ensuring proper functioning of computer equipment and systems used in daily operations. This role emphasizes hands-on, direct support to units, performing installations, maintenance, and follow-up on technical incidents affecting pharmacy operations. **Responsibilities** * Provide daily technical support to pharmacies and administrative departments. * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals. * Address technical incidents reported by branches. * Follow up on technical requests from pharmacies and branches. * Coordinate operationally with the franchise regarding systems or equipment matters. * Maintain updated control and inventory of hardware and technological equipment. * Manage hardware purchase requests and procurement as required by operations. * Execute technical and operational tasks assigned by Management. * Support branch relocations, installations, or technical adjustments when necessary. **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in technical support or equipment maintenance. * Basic knowledge of hardware and computer equipment configuration. * Experience supporting end users or operational departments. * Basic knowledge of networks and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). * Ability to practically and rapidly resolve technical issues. * Willingness to travel between branches. * Motorcycle or automobile driving capability **Key Competencies / Position Profile** * Responsible and organized individual. * Strong service-oriented attitude. * Practical problem-solving ability. * Clear communication with non-technical users. * Focus on operational continuity and rapid resolution. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Additional rest Saturdays may be granted in the future, subject to performance measurement and results. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $13,749.90 MXN (paid biweekly) + Performance bonus of $2,630 MXN. * Job stability. * Professional growth. * Statutory benefits.
