




**Talent Acquisition is seeking an Operations Coordinator in León, Guanajuato** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Operations Coordinator Role Purpose The Operations Coordinator ensures that Vinotelia experiences—already designed and activated—are executed in an orderly, consistent, and reliable manner, respecting previously defined boundaries and conditions. Key Responsibilities Monitor physical inventories Operational Coordination Coordinate the logistical execution of activated experiences (events, tours, trainings). Ensure necessary operational resources are available on time and as required. Verify that execution complies with what was approved during design and activation. Vendor Management Coordinate operational vendors (venues, services, supplies, transportation). Confirm terms, timelines, and availability. Resolve operational incidents with vendors during execution. Logistics and Inventories Manage physical inventories linked to operations. Track usage, condition, and return of materials. Anticipate operational needs to avoid unnecessary urgencies. On-Site Execution and Problem Solving Support operational execution when the experience requires it. Resolve operational contingencies in real time within the approved framework. Maintain operational order under pressure. Internal Coordination Coordinate with Events, Tours, and Training departments to execute designed activities. Coordinate with Administration on operational aspects requiring administrative registration or validation. Report what was actually executed, as appropriate—without interpretation or redefinition. Escalation and Alerts Identify definition gaps prior to execution. Escalate to Management or Leadership when a situation exceeds the operational scope. Identify operational, resource-related, or sustainability risks as they arise. Operational Closure Ensure orderly closure of each experience. Verify material returns and vendor closures. Provide relevant operational information for institutional learning. Designs experiences. Modifies formats, content, or narrative. Redefines promises to the public. Activates projects or experiences. Makes strategic or identity-based decisions. Resolves criteria gaps through improvisation. When something is undefined, asks questions and escalates. Desired Profile Experience Experience coordinating operations, logistics, or complex projects. Worked in high-pressure environments involving simultaneity and cross-departmental collaboration. Experience in cultural, educational, or experiential contexts is valued. Skills Order and clarity under pressure. Ability to anticipate operational needs. Direct, non-dramatic communication. Judgment to distinguish genuine urgency from operational anxiety. Ability to autonomously execute defined frameworks. Personal Traits Low operational ego. Salary: $12,000 MXN net plus statutory benefits Work Location: Paseos del Moral.
