Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of collaborator** Trusted**Position objective** Coordinate the unit dispatch process, controlling loading docks and yards, ensuring delivery to the end customer, product quality, and on-time delivery according to established standards and procedures.**Responsibilities and activities** * Ensure timely dispatch with complete documentation so deliveries are made on time and as required by the customer. * Generate, analyze, and consolidate strategic information from the Dispatch area to measure performance, promptly detect operational deviations and issues, and implement continuous improvement actions to ensure efficiency, service quality, and achievement of operational objectives. * Carry out necessary activities for identification and recovery of delivery acknowledgments to guarantee timely payment to suppliers. * Perform activities related to maintenance and proper physical condition of transport units. * Perform activities related to personnel management.
