WORK LOCATION: Santa Fe REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or similar * Knowledge of Hygiene Standards and H Distinction. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare, season, and cook various dishes * Supervise and coordinate staff * Oversee production * Knowledge of H Distinction and hygiene and quality standards * Supervise quality standards * Develop menus * Manage staff * Control waste * Creativity and initiative for new proposals * Record temperatures, times, and sanitary controls * Report equipment failures or needs.
