Plan EAD routes together with administrative support. Operate under FEFO (First Entries, First Exits) system. Assign drivers to corresponding routes. Validate vehicle departure procedures. Regularly review reports on merchandise with delivery issues. Supervise that your team fully collects client receipt acknowledgment requirements.
