




The objective of this position is to ensure that the company’s services and processes comply with internal and external quality standards, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and organizational competitiveness. 1. Develop and implement the company’s quality management system, including policies and procedures. 2. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards; inspect products and supervise the performance of quality management systems. 3. Analyze quality data to identify root causes of issues and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to prevent future problems. 4. Manage customer complaints related to quality and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and services. 5. Coordinate and deliver staff training on quality topics to ensure all personnel understand and comply with established standards. 6. Monitor required external maintenance activities and stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements. 7. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
