Description

Job Summary: This role involves thorough inspection of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products, as well as execution of non-destructive testing and generation of quality reports. Generation of inspection and non-conformance reports JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Raw material inspection. \- Inspection and audit of manufacturing processes. \- Inspection of products manufactured by Hyspan de México, both in-process and finished. \- Performance of Non-Destructive Testing according to established procedures. \- Completion of dimensional reports corresponding to inspections performed. \- Reporting of non-conformances detected in raw materials, during the process, and in the final product. \- Weekly reporting of results from audits and inspections conducted. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Inspect, release, or reject raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. \- Generate inspection reports for products during the manufacturing process. \- Generate inspection reports for finished products. \- Generate audit reports for the manufacturing process. \- Generate non-conforming product reports. \- Perform Non-Destructive Testing according to established procedures. \- Follow up on corrective actions and quality alerts in the manufacturing process.
