Contributes to the company’s operational and financial improvement **SUA \- Real Estate Development** is seeking a ***Process Analyst*** responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, ensuring their correct implementation in the ERP system and contributing to the company’s operational and financial improvement. **Key Challenges** * Adapt to diverse departments and processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors. * Ensure proper ERP adoption and configuration across the organization. * Maintain data quality and traceability in critical processes. **Essential Requirements** **These qualifications are required to be considered for this position.** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in process analysis or operational improvement. * Experience in ERP implementation or adoption (Enkontrol, SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite preferred). * Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI skills. * **Willingness to travel and knowledge of administrative and financial processes.** **Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 MXN monthly** **Location: Santa Gertrudis Copó, Mérida, Yucatán** **Employment Type: Full Time** **Main Responsibilities** * Map, document, and optimize business processes (AS\-IS / TO\-BE). * Configure and validate workflows, rules, and permissions in the ERP. * Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements. * Support ERP adoption and coordinate functional testing. * Define KPIs and assist in internal and external audits.
