




### **Leading company in textile rental and laundry services is seeking** ### **Healthcare Pre-sales Executive** **Job Objective:** * Support the sales team and ensure completion of the administrative process during client onboarding **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in resource management and client administration * Analytical skills and decision-making ability * Conflict resolution skills * Ability to work under pressure * Intermediate–Advanced Excel (Microsoft Office suite) ### **Our offer is $13,000 per month before taxes** * **Food vouchers: 7% over base salary = $910 per month (Vales enreed card)** * Year-end bonus: 30 days’ salary per year * + ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of first year (100% vacation premium) * Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) * Major medical insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent minor children * Savings fund (available once part of the permanent workforce) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * Annual profit-sharing **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with fixed weekend rest. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze and identify potential clients to offer the company’s diverse range of services. * Support viability assessment and lead registration in CRM, ensuring data completeness and segregation of suspicious contacts originating from various sources for commercial management. * Coordinate resources across multiple departments to complete the commercial process (uniforms, promotional items, contracts, concessions, registrations, authorizations, plant visits, participation in installation checklists, etc.). * Provide administrative support to the healthcare sales team (contract management, form completion, document review, expense accounts, recordkeeping, etc.) so the sales team can focus on closing deals and prospecting. * Generate departmental KPIs and metrics for reporting and monitoring team and individual progress. * Safeguard prospect and client information in electronic platforms for future reference. * Generate purchase orders and track final deliveries of acquired products (various materials, containers, furniture, uniforms, tires, spare parts, etc.) to ensure delivery to end users. * Adjust loan agreements and customer contracts post-installation to enable seamless transition from logistics coordination to ongoing commercial relationships with accurate inventory levels. * Update departmental procedures and forms as needed to ensure proper alignment and compliance by the commercial team. **Our location:** km. 1.9, San Martin Al Verde, San Martin de Las Flores, 45629 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.
