PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Distribution Controller role is a key business partner supporting the entire DSD and ICE Distribution team. The primary responsibility is to support the distribution operation through expense analysis and control to meet targets, manage budgets, analyze improvement projects (savings), control fixed assets across the network, and provide financial management and support to the operations area—ensuring improved performance of logistics cost. Key responsibilities will cover all lines of distribution cost. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Control and management of the Ice Cream Distribution budget, ensuring operational team support to achieve cost targets. • Development of annual budget plan and monthly budget monitoring (broken down by expense type and agency). • Month-end accounting closing activities. • Analysis and approval of CAPEX and savings projects. • Monitoring of KPIs (CPT, operational indicators affecting cost). • Monitoring of R&O, progress and achievement of savings. • Analysis and identification of risks and opportunities.
